Simple technique focusing on longer exhales to activate your relaxation response.

Instructions
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes
- Breathe naturally for a moment
- Inhale through your nose for 3 counts
- Exhale slowly through your nose or mouth for 6 counts
- Focus on making the exhale twice as long as the inhale
- Feel your shoulders drop and body relax with each exhale
- Continue for 6-8 breaths
