Instructions

  1. Sit comfortably and close your eyes
  2. Breathe naturally for a moment
  3. Inhale through your nose for 3 counts
  4. Exhale slowly through your nose or mouth for 6 counts
  5. Focus on making the exhale twice as long as the inhale
  6. Feel your shoulders drop and body relax with each exhale
  7. Continue for 6-8 breaths
