Instructions

  1. Sit comfortably with spine straight
  2. Rest your left hand on your knee
  3. Use your right thumb to close your right nostril
  4. Inhale slowly through your left nostril for 4 counts
  5. Close your left nostril with your ring finger
  6. Release your thumb and exhale through your right nostril for 4 counts
  7. Inhale through your right nostril for 4 counts
  8. Close right nostril, release left, exhale left for 4 counts
  9. This completes one cycle - repeat 5-10 times
