Instructions
- Sit comfortably with spine straight
- Rest your left hand on your knee
- Use your right thumb to close your right nostril
- Inhale slowly through your left nostril for 4 counts
- Close your left nostril with your ring finger
- Release your thumb and exhale through your right nostril for 4 counts
- Inhale through your right nostril for 4 counts
- Close right nostril, release left, exhale left for 4 counts
- This completes one cycle - repeat 5-10 times
