Instructions
- Close your eyes gently (don't squeeze)
- Keep them closed for 2 seconds
- Open and look straight ahead
- Blink rapidly 10 times
- Close your eyes again for 2 seconds
- Repeat the gentle close-rapid blink cycle 5 times
- End with eyes closed, taking a deep breath
- Open your eyes slowly
Keeps eyes lubricated and reduces dryness from screen use.
