Instructions

  1. Close your eyes gently (don't squeeze)
  2. Keep them closed for 2 seconds
  3. Open and look straight ahead
  4. Blink rapidly 10 times
  5. Close your eyes again for 2 seconds
  6. Repeat the gentle close-rapid blink cycle 5 times
  7. End with eyes closed, taking a deep breath
  8. Open your eyes slowly
