A simple mindfulness technique combining breath awareness with counting for mental clarity.

Instructions
- Sit comfortably with eyes closed or softly focused
- Take a few natural breaths to settle
- On your first exhale, mentally count '1'
- On the next exhale, count '2'
- Continue counting exhales up to 10
- When you reach 10, start over at 1
- If you lose count, gently start again at 1
- Continue for the duration
Improves focus and anchors attention to the present moment.
