Rise onto toes to strengthen lower legs and boost circulation.

Instructions

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding desk for balance if needed.
  2. Rise onto your toes, lifting heels off the floor.
  3. Hold for 2–3 seconds at the top.
  4. Lower heels back down. Repeat 15–20 times.
