Rise onto toes to strengthen lower legs and boost circulation.

Instructions
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding desk for balance if needed.
- Rise onto your toes, lifting heels off the floor.
- Hold for 2–3 seconds at the top.
- Lower heels back down. Repeat 15–20 times.
Improves blood flow from legs back to the heart.
