Instructions

  1. Sit comfortably and look straight ahead
  2. Without moving your head, slowly look up
  3. Roll your eyes clockwise in a smooth circle
  4. Trace the largest circle you comfortably can
  5. Complete 5 slow circles clockwise
  6. Pause and blink a few times
  7. Repeat 5 circles counter-clockwise
  8. Close eyes and rest for a moment
