Instructions
- Sit comfortably and look straight ahead
- Without moving your head, slowly look up
- Roll your eyes clockwise in a smooth circle
- Trace the largest circle you comfortably can
- Complete 5 slow circles clockwise
- Pause and blink a few times
- Repeat 5 circles counter-clockwise
- Close eyes and rest for a moment
Strengthens eye muscles and relieves tension from screen staring.
