Instructions
- Rub your palms together vigorously for 10-15 seconds to generate warmth
- Close your eyes gently
- Cup your warmed palms over your closed eyes
- Don't press on your eyeballs—rest palms on cheekbones and brow
- Ensure no light enters through gaps
- Breathe deeply and relax your eye muscles
- Visualize complete darkness or a calming scene
- Hold for 30-60 seconds
Relaxes eye muscles and provides a soothing break from visual stimulation.
