Instructions
- Sit back and relax your shoulders
- Close your eyes gently
- Squeeze your eyes shut tightly (not painfully)
- Hold the squeeze for 3 seconds
- Release and keep eyes closed
- Feel the relaxation for 3 seconds
- Repeat the squeeze-release cycle 5 times
- Open your eyes slowly and blink naturally
Relieves tension and stimulates tear production for dry eyes.
