Instructions

  1. Sit back and relax your shoulders
  2. Close your eyes gently
  3. Squeeze your eyes shut tightly (not painfully)
  4. Hold the squeeze for 3 seconds
  5. Release and keep eyes closed
  6. Feel the relaxation for 3 seconds
  7. Repeat the squeeze-release cycle 5 times
  8. Open your eyes slowly and blink naturally
