Instructions
- Sit comfortably with good posture
- Imagine a large figure-8 on its side (∞) about 10 feet away
- Trace the figure-8 slowly with just your eyes
- Keep your head still—only your eyes move
- Complete 5 traces in one direction
- Pause and blink a few times
- Trace 5 more times in the opposite direction
- Close your eyes and rest for a moment
Improves eye flexibility and coordination.
