  1. Sit comfortably with good posture
  2. Imagine a large figure-8 on its side (∞) about 10 feet away
  3. Trace the figure-8 slowly with just your eyes
  4. Keep your head still—only your eyes move
  5. Complete 5 traces in one direction
  6. Pause and blink a few times
  7. Trace 5 more times in the opposite direction
  8. Close your eyes and rest for a moment
