Exercise your eye's focusing ability by alternating between near and distant objects.

Instructions
- Hold your thumb about 6 inches from your face
- Focus on your thumb for 5 seconds
- Find an object 20+ feet away (window view works great)
- Shift focus to the distant object for 5 seconds
- Return focus to your thumb
- Repeat this near-far cycle 10 times
- Blink naturally between shifts
- End by looking at something far away
