Exercise your eye's focusing ability by alternating between near and distant objects.

Instructions

  1. Hold your thumb about 6 inches from your face
  2. Focus on your thumb for 5 seconds
  3. Find an object 20+ feet away (window view works great)
  4. Shift focus to the distant object for 5 seconds
  5. Return focus to your thumb
  6. Repeat this near-far cycle 10 times
  7. Blink naturally between shifts
  8. End by looking at something far away
