Lower chin to chest and gently look up to ease neck stiffness.

Instructions

  1. Sit tall with shoulders relaxed.
  2. Lower chin toward chest, hold 15–30 seconds.
  3. Gently lift chin and look slightly upward, hold 15–30 seconds.
  4. Return to neutral and repeat 2–3 times.
