Lower chin to chest and gently look up to ease neck stiffness.

Instructions
- Sit tall with shoulders relaxed.
- Lower chin toward chest, hold 15–30 seconds.
- Gently lift chin and look slightly upward, hold 15–30 seconds.
- Return to neutral and repeat 2–3 times.
Releases neck tension from looking at screens.
