Instructions
- Sit tall with shoulders down and back.
- Tilt right ear toward right shoulder without lifting the shoulder.
- Hold 15–30 seconds, feeling the stretch along the left side of neck.
- Return to center and repeat on the left side.
Stretches side neck muscles to relieve stiffness.
