Neck Lateral Flexion

Tilt ear toward shoulder to relieve side-neck tension.

Instructions

  1. Sit tall with shoulders down and back.
  2. Tilt right ear toward right shoulder without lifting the shoulder.
  3. Hold 15–30 seconds, feeling the stretch along the left side of neck.
  4. Return to center and repeat on the left side.

Keep shoulders level; breathe steadily throughout.
