Rotate head to look over each shoulder to improve neck mobility.

Instructions

  1. Sit with spine long and shoulders relaxed.
  2. Slowly rotate head to look over your right shoulder.
  3. Hold 15–30 seconds while keeping shoulders level.
  4. Return to center and repeat on the left side.
