Rotate head to look over each shoulder to improve neck mobility.

Instructions
- Sit with spine long and shoulders relaxed.
- Slowly rotate head to look over your right shoulder.
- Hold 15–30 seconds while keeping shoulders level.
- Return to center and repeat on the left side.
Improves neck mobility and reduces tension headaches.
